BTS K9 Dog Training and Boarding

I enrolled my dog, Olive, in a two-week board and train. My poor girl is a rescue and had a horrible life before we found each other, including her being starved and shot in the chest. She has some trust/confidence issues. I wanted help with basic training and to help her be less reactive to other dogs. I foster dogs, and she is not nice to them. She gets along well with the dogs I had at my house before her, but no new dogs. After two weeks, she is much better on a leash. She doesn't jump over the other dogs while walking and try to eat her leash. She also is very good at sitting when I stop and down. Stay is hit or miss. She knows what to do; she just doesn't really see the need. Her behavior toward other dogs has improved. This will be something I will constantly need to work on with her, and that is fine. BTS provided a great start - now it's on me. BTS did an excellent job working with her. They were very patient and kind to her, understanding that she had some issues from her past. I'm impressed with what BTS was able to do with my girl, given her issues. If they can work wonders with her, I can only imagine what they can do with other dogs. I highly recommend BTS and all the wonderful people who work there. They are professionals who genuinely care about the animals too.
