FirstBarkBrett is great! We have a pinnacle 2 year old covid doxie (got him a week before the pandemic!) and have been battling some issues with separation anxiety and needy barking. Even with just one session with Brett we saw a huge difference and had a lot to work with. We would (and have) recommended him to anyone who can’t seem to train their dog out of something.

Brett has been fantastic! We have only had one session with our Boston Terrier, Iggy, and we have already seen a difference. Brett is not only great at directing our new addition to the family, but has given us pointers in order to understand and train Iggy better. I highly recommend Brett to anybody that is looking for assistance with dog training! Very much looking forward to future sessions.

We adopted Bunny, a shelter dog, about 3 months ago, just after the death of our beloved Shepard Rottie mix (who made it to 17 years). Bunny is a 9-year old 17 pound terrier mix whose prior owner (with whom she had developed a very close bond) died which resulted in her being sent to a shelter. She was shell-shocked by the owner’s death and languished at the shelter for more than 3 years. No one wanted to adopt her because she acted like a scared rabbit. When I met her I was committed to getting her a second chance at a good life and she bonded with me very quickly and strongly. Unfortunately, she has exhibited much less friendly behavior to other members of the household and was at risk of having to be sent back to the shelter (which would have broken my heart). My vet told me that Brett was the guy who could solve Bunny’s problems and we have been working with him and achieving a very high measure of success far more quickly than I would have expected. We still have a ways to go but there is not the slightest doubt in my mind that the very meaningful success to date is 100% attributable to Brett’s knowledge and strategies. Five stars are not enough to reflect my appreciation and admiration. I have been a dog owner my whole life and I can honestly say that Brett is the best trainer I have ever seen. I recommend him most highly.
Brett is amazing. I used his dad Tom 16 years ago for my first dog and now had the opportunity to call Brett. He truly understands dog behavior and was very very helpful in resolving a very stressful situation. We highly recommend him.
First time Australian Shepherd owners- we had Boston Terriers before and felt like new parents all over again. After a few great sessions, we had Shep stay with Brett for 2 weeks to Board and Train, and he did an incredible job. He gave both Shep and our family a great foundation to work with. So grateful! Brett is really talented. Great experience!
