BOMBSHELL K9 Training & Boarding

I have struggled to find a trainer that I trust with knowing what is required of and for my service dog. Britaini provides everything I could ask for when it comes to keeping up with his service training and extending his training to new and more tasking. There have been time I have had to travel without him & I came to her for boarding. My boy Lennox absolutely loves her. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is amazing with animals and has a passion to help people with the pets of any breed and job specific. Thank for everything you have done for my boy & I.♥️🙏🏼

*Update after Brittani response* It’s true we were initially happy with our experience and our husbands were friendly and we did some work with him. However, before the last time we were to board our dog with her, after we paid nearly $500 deposit, she ghosted us the day before. Therefore meaning she stole our money which makes her untrustworthy. Happy to adjust this if we get our money back. I sent numerous Zelle requests when she first took our money so it’s easy to return. Would highly not recommend Britaini as she is unreliable and took money from us without following thru on services. We recently booked Britaini for a 12 day boarding stay for our 5 year old lab who has trained with her in the past. We paid our deposit of near $500 in Oct for a stay starting in Nov, which she confirmed she received. We reached out to her a couple of days before our stay and we heard nothing back. We called, texted, sent Instagram messages, wrote on her page and she ignored us. We had to rush to find a new boarder the day before we left at considerable cost to us. We have since reached out asking her to return the deposit since she ghosted us and did not render services but again silence. She has stolen our deposit from us and will not return. She is good with dogs but I know I don’t want to leave my dog with someone who is not trustworthy or reliable. I would recommend avoiding or not paying any money until all services are rendered.

I’ve done training with a previous trainer and that was a complete bust so my hopes were low, but I can honestly say that Britaini has been amazing with my dog. The transformation from day 1 to now has been huge! My husband and I are both so impressed at how well behaved Kodie has become; we never thought it’d be possible. Before Britaini I couldn’t even walk safely down the street with Kodie, but now I can confidently walk him with ease. Britaini’s one on one, customized trainings were exactly what I was looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend her to anyone who has a dog.

I would not recommend bringing your dogs to Britaini with bombshell K9. I discussed with her on the phone prior to her picking up my dog for a two week board and train, about if she had experience with large guardian breed dogs because they consist of powerful breeds. And mind you my dog is very strong! She said yes I’ve worked with many large guardian breeds and she seemed confident. She picked him up the next day. The only two times I heard from her was when I asked how he was doing and her response was short. So no detail of what the process was ect. She called once and told me that my dog tried attacking her ( which is unusual) and he broke out of his prong. She later told my husband she attached him to the the d loop on a wall with his prong, to do his nails, which is cruel and improper use of a prong. He came home with gouges on his neck. When we did get him back she never followed up nor answered my calls to discuss follow up. What is the point of a board and train if you do not show the owner of the dog what was worked on with your dog so said training can be continued? She is extremely unprofessional and I would not trust her with any pet.
