If I could rate Cameron and Blue Ridge Canine Academy more than five stars, I absolutely would. The amount of knowledge they have, the wanting to help you and your dog succeed in anything you set your mind to & most importantly, strengthening the relationship you and your dog have in the most amazing ways. They also help you understand and be able to clarify things to help advocate and set you and your dog up for success. The amount of times I have said “I never would’ve thought my dog would do this before “ and Cameron proved (and continues to prove me wrong) is the most motivating thing. I can’t say anything but amazing things about Cameron & Blue Ridge Canine Academy. My dog loves them and I cannot wait to see the amazing future we have alongside Cameron and BRCA’s help.

We recently had a consultation with Cameron, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Our rambunctious puppy has been quite a handful, but Cameron immediately understood our challenges and provided practical, effective strategies tailored to our pup's needs. Frosty and I started training with Cameron a few months ago. Frosty is still very much a young dog and this is my first time training a dog. I wanted to get my heel position perfected, the way the "professionals" do it in the Obedience ring. We've had 5 private lessons now and Frosty is so engaged with me and I've learned so much! We just qualified in our Beginner Novice Obedience Trial and even got second place! I'm going to continue my lessons at Blue Ridge Canine Academy and I'm holding off on entering more trials for a few months, so we are more confident entering the ring. I am seeing results. I have goals set and Cameron is helping me get there. Learning how to do something is equally important to me as "why" it works. He explains the dog psychology with the action. I recommend Cameron for those who struggle with engagement. No matter what dog sport you're into, the basics are all the same. He knows his stuff! Thank you, Cameron, for helping Frosty and I!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Cameron to train our dog, Whiskey. We were looking for general obedience and off leash training and we have been amazed with the results. Cameron's approach is science-backed and effective. He breaks down the psychology and makes it easy to understand and follow a structure.
