When I asked for a program tailored to my dogs needs, I was upsold and forced to purchase duplicate equipment that I just bought from them a year ago. Im insulted that a company I gave a 5 to a year ago now deserves a 1 because they have demonstrated how much they care about you once the bill is paid. ****Feel free to reach out to me with any concerns about my review. I have been a customer and my Info should be readily available from my returned call today. The reason I won't make the effort to call is because it's you "management" that caused my dissatisfaction.****

I have a Dalmatian that I am training to be a service dog .I felt like trainers don't want to mess with a Dalmatian .I was told by my trainer that I should of picked a different type of dog .I was promised to work on dogs behind fence and reaction to otger dogs .All we work on was place command .We did it mostly next to my house at the park and not one dog walking by .The last training session we finally went to park with other dogs but she had another customer with her too .She was more focus on the other person and her dog than with me .I felt like everything was place command .I am not happy about this because I paid all this money for what !!!
Caring trainers
I am more than pleased with the training my GSD Zev has received from Mike. Zev is my 3rd GSD but he is the first to be trained by Blue Line K-9. What a difference a trainer makes. The training is all based on fun with serious results. Do not hesitate. Just do it!!!!!
