I would give Larinda 10 stars if I could. We were referred by a friend after we rescued a pup that had been abandoned with extreme separation anxiety. While we had adopted rescues and crate trained them before this little guy was an entirely different situation. Larinda was so patient and helped us explore every option to help him overcome his fears, even reaching out to her network of fellow trainers to see if there were options we were missing. While we are still working through the anxiety, we feel confident we are doing all the right things to help him. In the process we also learned lots of valuable skills and a few tricks. River fell in love with Larinda on her first visit and was so happy each time she came in. Today (we) the handlers/parents graduated basic obedience training and River did pretty good too. Let me at start by saying I contacted MANY trainers around the area when I got Rose my 4 year old Bully from the animal shelter . She was turned down by a couple trainers because of her age and the goals I had for her and a few that I contacted was just not affordable . I contacted Bluecordk9 after meeting Dustin and Ryker at my daughter scout outing . They responded to me right away and I had an appointment set up the following weekend ! They came out to the house and met my whole pack and we came up with a game plan. I was very worried when it came time to talk prices we’ll let me just go ahead and tell you it is affordable and the fact that they teach you how to train your dog and leave you with the tools to do so is amazing because after going threw all the training with Rose I was blessed with the most amazing Belgium Malinois names Gator and was able to do all his puppy and basic ob training on my own !!! Now that those are mastered Gator is now in service dog training with Bluecordk9. Because of Bluecordk9 I was able to train him myself to get him where he needed to be to start his service dog training . The whole team is amazing they are veteran owned and operated !!! Communication is great the support is there and they will not disappoint you. If you are looking for a trainner give them a call today they give dogs and their owners the ability to understand one another and be able to live together in peace .

Blue Cord K9 changed our lives for the better and I couldn’t be more grateful! We have a 1 year old golden retriever who’s the most incredible dog in the house, but has a ton of energy, no boundaries, and no impulse control outside. He had gone through puppy obedience but hit a wall at around a year old where I wasn’t able to walk him anymore on my own with our newborn. We had about 2 months before our fence was getting installed and so I called Blue Cord K9 to help me give him the best life possible while waiting to have a backyard for him. Kevin and Larinda were absolutely incredible to say the least! Not only did they love working with my dog, but I can now take my dog on walks off leash (unimaginable a month ago) and let him run around our property without a fence. This is exactly what I wanted as I dog owner, to be able to run around with my dog and give him freedom without being worried. They were always here exactly on time, with a minimum of two trainers (sometimes 3) and stayed until each lesson was learned, not when the time was up. Thank you SO much, Blue Cord!
