After researching trainers I finally found a place that would board and train my dog without me having to do all of the work. Charles delivered the kindest most re-assuring service from the time I dropped my dog off. Training with Alex was worth every penny. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to all our needs. My dog is now the calmest in public spaces, no longer pulling on a leash, and listening to my commands. I was able to see results immediately. The bonus is being able to come back to sharpen up any skills, is such a great added benefit, I definitely won’t be missing out on.
Great trainers! Alex and Pedro have been training my young Rottweilers in personal protection and we’ve had great results.
Sent our 2 year old agressive and very reactive pitbull mix to get trained for 6 weeks and immediately saw a BIG change in him. He is now very obedient and submissive to our commands. Very happy with the results. Will definitely bring in our other pitbull to get trained by Blackwater K9! Very trustworthy people.

We came with our 4 month old Doberman puppy, after talking to several trainers and phone consults this was the one we finally wanted to meet. They invited us to attend their Sunday Funday. We observed, took note of everything and fell in love with the place. It's clean, the dogs are very well cared for, loved and the trainers, owners and other personnel are wonderful with the dogs. We loved it so much we came back the next week and brought our adult (rescue) to see what we could unlock in him. They opened up a whole other world for him and we are beyond EXCITED to watch him grow and gain confidence, and strengthen our already incredible bond. We talked to them in regard to some concerns we had with the puppy and TOGETHER we came up with a plan. I miss my puppy but I'm stoked to see his growth! Watching Alex work is nothing short of amazing. Watching Charles and Brittney handle some of their dogs is always a treat! Thank you guys for being a stellar place and having our boys. (Even though they're Dobies-wink, wink)
