Took are 11 month old Belgian malinois in for some advice training at Blackwater K9 they walked me through the process and steps they were going to take and talked the pricing over . Not once was I pushed to do anything they were very polite and respectful and helpful the whole way. Brandy was very helpful and sent weekly messages/picture updates keeping us informed on his progress. Picked him up today we were not rushed went through all his training with everyone in my family utilized the training with the dog to make sure he obeyed the commands very pleased thank yal !

We recently got our“Jazmine“ back from her school days at Blackwater. I’m not real fond of the idea of boarding and train however, after talking to the staff and talking to Alex, I was put at ease over the operation. Had plenty of updates and spoke on the progress of Jasmine. Picked her up today and brought her home. I’m very pleased. Great people everyone there was supremely friendly and Alex definitely knows what he’s doing with these dogs. Definitely would recommend.

I highly recommend Blackwater for training!! I have never been a fan of board and train because I’ve heard all the horror stories out there!! After meeting the team and one of the trainers (Alex) I had so many questions. I had to know if they hit dogs, if they tie them to the fence for hours on end, will they be starved…….I mean I asked them all!! Alex chuckled and then he reassured me that this is what he loves to do! He lives for training! He said one bad training experience with one bad review would ruin his career and he is right!
6 weeks is a long time to drop our girls off! I did lots of crying and praying while they were gone! The money part definitely wasn’t the hard part…….it was leaving them! Let me tell y’all it was worth every penny, every cry, every prayer!! It is so much fun taking them out in public. One of our girls had some aggression and now with her new found confidence she isn’t having any issues. We have lots of work as a family because while Alex had them for 6 weeks he did not have us for 6 weeks LOL. I can’t thank him and the rest of the crew enough for taking great care of our girls and for teaching them what it means to be a great companion! If you’re looking for a great training facility don’t hesitate to reach out to Blackwater!! You won’t be disappointed! If I can do it anyone can!!
