We also offer transparent and structured boarding and daycare services at our two-acre, fully fenced facility. For dogs who are new to e-collars, I either work with Dogtra or E-Collar Technologies brand e-collars. I recommend the Dogtra 280c or the E-Collar Technologies ET-300.

We participated in the six-week group leash walking class with our 18-month-old lab, Frankie, an extreme puller who we couldn't walk enjoyably on leash. Throughout the six weeks, we learned the best tools and skills to walk Frankie around our neighborhood and beyond with ease, as well as door manners and the art of doing nothing in public. Joe's philosophy is easy to grasp, and luckily, Frankie responded well to the training. We are so grateful to Joe and Lindsey for helping us enjoy walks with Frankie again!

We loved working with Black Diamond K9! They were very professional, understanding and experienced. It’s a great ecollar training program and the part we liked the most is that they actually apply the learning to outside, going on hikes with the dogs during their program.

We have two heading dogs- cattle dog and a Mudi. They were great 90% of the time with positive reinforcement, but that 10% of time where they were distracted and not listening was problematic. We reached out to Joe after feeling very frustrated and feeling like we didn’t get desired results with other trainers. We went the e-collar training route and the results have been amazing. Joe is truly the best and I would absolutely trust him with our dogs again. I cannot speak highly enough of his training program.

We are so lucky to have been working with Joe, owner of Black Diamond K9, over the past year and a half. Joe has been amazing working with us to become better dog parents. We have participated in one-on-one sessions and group classes. The newer walk in classes have been super fun and helpful. We are also glad to have Lindsey join Black Diamond K9 and have learned a lot from the two of them. Through their guidance, we have gained the confidence and tools to work with our pup who can be reactive. Their approach is quiet and measured and adjusts to the dog, recognizing each has their own personality and quirks. We highly recommend Black Diamon K9. Thank you for helping us with Jackson!
