Marshall was amazing with our GSP, Millie, and she came back with an amazing set of skills for us to build upon. About Big Paws of the Ozarks
Big Paws of the Ozarks is a dog rescue and training facility located in Northwest Arkansas. We offer high-quality, individualized dog training services to the public. All proceeds from training support our rescue efforts where we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome large breed dogs in our community. As a foster-based dog rescue, all of our dogs get to live in loving homes while awaiting their forever homes. Our physical location is used for our public dog training services and rescue operations.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Big Paws of the Ozarks! I adopted my sweet 6 month old pup from the Springdale Animal Shelter and wanted to make sure she had the very best start. The shelter recommended Big Paws, and from the first interaction I knew we had made the right choice. They have incredible experience with shelter dogs and immediately understood exactly what Daphne needed. We chose the board and train program, and she was perfectly matched with her trainer, Marshall who truly is the best of the best. From day one, Marshall treated Daphne like one of his own, with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. Because Daphne comes to work with me daily at a horse barn, safety around horses was a top priority. Marshall went above and beyond by completely customizing her training and even coming out to the farm to work with Daphne in a real world environment. That level of dedication is rare and meant everything to me. Throughout her two weeks of training, Marshall sent daily photos and videos that showed not only her progress but how happy and confident she was. It was such a joy to watch her learn and thrive. When Daphne came home, she was calm, confident, and eager to show off all her new skills. Big Paws of the Ozarks exceeded every expectation, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate training. Marshall is incredibly passionate about what he does, and Daphne was so lucky to train with him!

Very nice facility and services. I adopted a foster dog that was originally obtained from a hoarder. The foster Big Paws and the foster brought her back to health for adoption. They also followed up with me. Very caring people and Maisie was wonderful. This is Jozie (formerly Millie) after 3 weeks.
All 3 of my dogs have received training at Big Paws of the Ozark’s, and I cannot begin to describe the difference it has made in them. 2 of my dogs are large, over 100 pounds and I can easily manage both of them, put together at the same time. They put so much of their hearts into training and rescuing dogs. I honestly cannot thank them enough.
