Dog training and boarding services. Healthy conditioning for all breeds including dogs with bite histories, dog aggression, leash reactivity and/or stranger danger. Most problematic behaviors stem from fear and being out of practice. This can often lead owners to practice avoidance and unintentionally cater to their dog’s fears and insecurities. Practicing avoidance often makes a dog’s world smaller and subsequently fears even bigger. It’s never too late to address your dog’s training needs! The goal of training is to always build confidence and better prepared you and your dog for real world practice.

In home training is ideal for most dog owners post covid. Training is designed to fit your schedule, pace and reason for calling. Jessica is an Amazing person, caregiver, and trainer! I have a big bulldozer lab with way too much energy. It was dangerous at one point walking her I fractured my pelvis falling. Jessica spent time with me and gave me the confidence, to handle such a big dog. Using techniques and training I am able to channel Willow’s stubborn personality and fresh behaviors to disperse her wild energy safely, positively, while reinforcing her manners and newly learned skills. I will not send Willow to any other daycare or boarding facility. Jessica keeps Willow’s manners in check and keeps a routine with her. Jessica has the skills and passion to take the time to learn each one of her clients & their pets to set everyone up for success. Willow get (too excited sometimes) when she hears we are going to go see Jessica!.. lol Thank you Big Hair Pet Care for all you do, I do not have to worry about Willow when she is there. In this short timeframe, Jessica has helped us completely transform our boy from a hyper, hard to manage ball of energy into a best friend who listens and respects us and is well integrated into our family and lifestyle. Her training skills and expertise have far surpassed any other dog trainer I have consulted. In addition, it is clear that Jessica loves our pup like her own. She always takes the time to provide us helpful feedback and continuous training steps. We are forever grateful for Jessica and her company and look forward to continued patronage.
