I have been bringing my dog Rogue to Jessica’s for years for daycare and boarding. Having been asked to leave Rogue’s original daycare I was worried I would not find anyone to watch her while I was at work. Not only did she take her in, but she worked with her and made such a difference. I have friends that have told me how much Rogue has changed and how enjoyable she is to be around. I can't even put in words how much I appreciate and value all she does. She has not only helped Rogue become the dog she is but has helped me in many ways. Her knowledge of dogs is amazing and I have asked MANY questions which she is always so willing to answer. When we go away it is definitely peace of mind knowing that Rogue is in such good care, enjoys being there and is comfortable just like at home. I can’t even mention Jessica’s name in our house unless we are ready to walk out the door to drive there as she gets so excited. I love how she is getting exposure to other dogs and tons of exercise. She often says that Rogue is like a niece to her and we also feel like Jessica is a member of our family. I am blessed to have found her and we LOVE Big Hair Pet Care !!!!

I can't thank Jess enough for all she's done for my pup. I reached out to her a few months back in desperate need of help and didn't have anywhere or anyone else to turn too, that same day she got back to me and took on the challenge without hesitation. There are very few people who I trust with my little boy (he's a rescue who's FILLED with anxiety, and at the time was showing a lot of aggression with any human or animal he came in contact with), but after one conversation with Jess I knew she had one of the most purest hearts and would care for my boy just as I would, as if he was her own. She's incredibly knowledgeable, selfless, professional and will give you her absolute honest opinion on any matter without sugar coating a single detail, which I respect greatly. I still can't believe how far my boy has come and seeing how much happier and more confident he is in himself is a feeling like no other. She truly is a miracle worker lol.
