Jess is highly trained in all areas and aspects of training, and offers reasonable and solid advice to curb behaviors, help your pet lose weight, socialize, and to become a respectful dog. The staff dogs are also highly trained, and allow for constructive and corrective play groups, as well as teaching appropriate behaviors. I trust our Hank to Jess’s care weekly, and have seen amazing results. She offers high quality boarding services as well, and I consider her to be a member of the family, as she treats every dog as well as she cares for her own. I cannot say enough good things about Jess and Big Hair! My two dogs attend daycare weekly and despite being the smallest of the pack, they LOVE playing and running in the sun, rain & snow! Jess does an amazing job keeping appropriate dogs in play groups while closely monitoring, which then gives me tips and tricks to work on at home to help correct some puppy behaviors. (Bonus: picture updates throughout the day of group play!!) My dogs have learned so much through socializing with all types of dogs and I highly recommend to anyone I know to send their dog to Jess for daycare or boarding. My pups get super excited to jump out of my car to enter the spacious fenced in yard and are super tired when I pick them up. Win win!

We’ve used Big Hair Pet Care several times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our three dogs, all rescues from different organizations, feel right at home and get excited when we pull in the driveway. The large outdoor area is perfect for their energy level and gives them plenty of space to run and play with the other dogs. What I love the most is the personal touch. Whether we’re in Boston for the day or Louisiana for a long weekend, Jess is in frequent communication and sends us pictures of our pups. I highly recommend Big Hair Pet Care!

I needed to find a safe environment to socialize my Shepard puppy. BHPC was the perfect fit!! The double entrance allows for a no hassle exchange and a moment to adjust. She was able to play safely with smaller dogs and eventually graduated to bigger playmates. This facility balances size, age and personalities remarkably well!! My now 60+ Shepard can play "rough and tumble"with the big guys but still respects her smaller friends!! I highly recommend BHPC!!
