Beth Hurley Dog Training

Maggie (our Golden Retriever puppy) and our family had an excellent experience with Beth taking advantage of the puppy package option. Through multiple sessions at our home over a month, we were able to develop the best environment for her in our house (crate, play area, pen, etc) work our way through habits to set, learn multiple commands, and troubleshoot behaviors. Best of all was the easy homework, worksheets, and videos which helped the family and I to be trained ourselves, reinforce the learning, and have a lot of fun with Maggie doing it. Beth helped make it feel far more intuitive and manageable to build positive behaviors for our pup. (especially at a time we were wondering what we got ourselves into!) Maggie is a very sweet, but also incredibly active, stubborn, and mouthy lil pup/shark. 😂 Having Beth’s training and approach through these early weeks has given us a lot of confidence, tools, and relief as she has made big strides in her obedience, potty training, gentleness with us and the kids, and more in our time together. Highly recommend working with Beth for your pup or dog!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Beth to train our new golden retriever puppy, Louie, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She came to our home multiple times a day for three weeks and was nothing short of fantastic. Beth truly knows her stuff inside and out. She not only worked directly with Louie but also spent the time to teach us, explain her methods, and make sure we fully understood how to continue the training on our own. She provided incredibly helpful materials — detailed write-ups, videos, and tips — that have been invaluable for reinforcing what Louie learned. Her patience, expertise, and genuine love for dogs are evident in everything she does. Thanks to her, we feel confident and equipped as Louie grows. We couldn’t recommend Beth more highly and fully intend to continue working with her as our puppy matures.
