Best Friends Dog Training

I recently rescued brother-and-sister, 6-year-old mini goldendoodles, who had a terrible time adjusting to their new home. The two personal trainings I had with Best Friends was worth every penny! Rachel and Jeanette had such great ideas on addressing the food guarding, anxiety, and aggression my pups were exhibiting. I'm so relieved to say their behavior has greatly improved. We always had Golden Retrievers, and when we decided to shake things up and get a Bernese Mountain Dog, I felt that I could train Marty myself. Well, he was literally and figuratively a completely different animal than what we were used to with our Goldens. Both Rachel and Jeanette have made us understand why we needed to think differently, and all their methods involve positive reinforcement. We will continue with class until Marty is the “perfect” dog. We always look forward to going.
