Bessey's Positive Paws

We highly recommend Bessey's positive paws, we met Erin in 2012 when we rescued our 2 year old golden retriever Sam, he came with a few issues and with her help we got our perfect dog. We just recently enrolled our new 6 month old in her puppy class and he passed with flying colors.so if you have an older dog that needs some training or a new puppy we highly recommend Erin to help you achieve your perfect dog.

I've taken two group classes with Erin, and also enrolled my 1-year old pup, Hank, in a private training series. Erin is wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her as a trainer! She is not only great with the dogs, but she's terrific with the humans, too. She understands the time constraints most of us have, and is realistic and non-judgmental about the training challenges we encounter. She's available and responsive when questions or challenges come up. Hank was happy and excited when we pulled in her driveway - always a good sign! We plan to take more classes for sure.

Erin is a great trainer. She is very clear that dog training is about training us (the owners) and meeting our dog where he is at. She offers Zoom and in person sessions. I highly recommend in person. She pointed out little things about Patches’ behavior that I hadn’t realized were slight ways he was trying to communicate with me. Dog training is an investment of time and worth every bit with Erin.
