Watch out the owner will not give you correct information about the type of food. He is feeding your dog and there are no returns or exchanges. I requested to buy solid food for my dog and instead, I received smoochy food suggested by the owner, when I came back to exchange it, he did not exchange it or accepted his suggestion. I requested Store credit and he also denied the store credit. I suggest you all to check the unconditional exchange or return policy before you buy in the store. I do not suggest purchasing anything in the store. Zero costumer service . I would never go back.

I went in there today and the male owner was so condescending and rude that I will not be entering again. He tried to push antlers and horns on me (when that wasn't a purchase I was looking for and was talking to another customer) when I told him my veterinarian did not recommend them he went on a tirade about veterinarians not knowing anything about dog's teeth or nutrition and his wife with a bachelor's degree in animal biology and being a dog trainer knowing more and being the authority. I planned on making several purchases but left. I won't support a store that feeds into antiscience bias and tells people not to follow medical recommendations.

Visited this store in passing and was appalled by the male owner. Extremely condescending, unprofessional, no customer service experience I presume, and made it a point to interrupt everything you were speaking on with a pet he’s never met. Lots of assumptions, one being my “amateur diagnosis” of an issue not knowing I work in the dog industry as a trainer and that the pet in question has seen a vet regarding the “amateur” problem. Absolutely will not be back here, hope you change the way you interact with your retail clients because I couldn’t imagine speaking to my training clients that way.
