John was absolutely great! I highly recommend him for your dog training. We had our doubts with any dog training since we adopted an 8yr old with zero training and bad habits. John definitely proved to us it was possible. He is VERY affordable, compared to other dog trainers, and comes to your home after work hours. Our new addition to the family has been a great experience, and we have John to thank for that.

John was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what Benny needed. In 3 weeks time, Benny went from darn near snarling at John to giving him kisses. Benny is far more confident, obedient, and well-mannered than ever before. Benny looks forward to training every day. John’s routines are easy to learn, fun to practice, and very beneficial. Overall, the training is not too strict or over-the-top like some trainers. It is practical and as the name implies, balanced. I highly recommend John to any dog owner!

Dogs don't need training, people do. That sums up John's philosophy and approach. John is a class act. He was always professional and prompt. He provided a structured but tailored approach to our dog. He made sure everyone in the household knew how to behave so Leo would behave. Leo is definitely doing better. The biggest challenge is with the people in his life not being consistent, which we are still working on. If you're concerned about the value for the money, don't be! I wanted to hire him when Leo was a puppy but decided for the "cheap" road instead of YouTube videos and neighborly advice. Big mistake. I should have gone with John in the first place.

John is an amazing training! He is so low key and patient, and worked with us and showed us how to work with and train our German Sheppard. Three days of lessons, and we cannot believe how well the training worked! Our Dogs bad habits are no longer there, she focus' on us and waits for her commands and her treats! If you need a trainer, John is your guy, he was just awesome and a true professional.
