We have had such a great experience with Ryan. He has made training easy and fun. He is a very nice and relatable person. He puts the dogs and people at ease during training. He showed us that even our stubborn 6 year old male corgi can learn new things. And he helped work through some aggression our almost 1 year old female corgi was having. What I really valued was his overall correction with the dogs rather than fixating on certain behaviors. We have seen a lot of improvement of our dogs and look forward to working with Ryan in the future. We highly recommend giving him a call if you’re thinking about training your dogs! He shows it’s never too late!

I left my 9 month old puppy with Ryan for 2 weeks. It has been great working with him. After the boarding, I was still having issues with his behavior and Ryan continues to stay in touch and work on solutions to solve the problems. Definitely recommend if you have a stubborn pup like me!

Ryan did an amazing job with our dog, Chip! We had noticed some reactivity on leash and not only did Ryan work on that, Chip came back with basic commands and leash skills. There was also a follow up session provided with us to ensure a nice transfer to home. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough about how awesome Ryan from Balanced K9 was. We sent our 1.5 year old German Shepard and he came back still the loving, energetic puppy but with much better manners. He taught him how to play well with other dogs and we now enjoy walking him on a loose leash without pulling and running towards other dogs, squirrels and other distractions. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
