B'More Dogs Hon

We got our puppy Kain back at the end of April 2025. Early on we knew we wanted him to be put into training for formal obedience. We looked around and had suggestions from friends. We looked at Ryan’s reviews and they were great! He is also located 10 minutes away from us. He has been amazing from the very beginning, from the evaluation to our current classes. Kain has thrived with his teaching and has become the best behaved dog! We still have a couple of group classes to go but we can already see where this is going and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to trust our Kain with Ryan. For an update (2026) on just how amazing Ryan’s training program. Kain got hurt and was put on bed rest for 3 months because he kept reopening the wound. He had very minimal training indoors during that time. When we went in for a refresher I was terrified about how Kain would act, he hadn’t been around any other dogs in such a closed space since he got hurt. Even as anxious as I was Kain did great! His training really pulled through and it was almost like he didn’t even have the break. Choosing ryan and his program has been one of the best decisions we made for Kain.

His training completely overrides anxiety! When we had first gotten out pup we had enrolled him into Ryan’s hybrid program and everything was great. Loose leash walks, listening to commands, neutrality with other dogs. Letting me enjoy my dog over all. Then he offered refresher courses. We jumped on it. He is such a well behaved dog! Around 4 months ago he hurt himself and kept re-injuring it so it took 3 months to heal on bed rest. 3 months of little to no training besides the bare minimum. Then he went and got a stomach bug which knocked him down even longer. I was so anxious about our last session about how he’d react, I was visibly shaking. But he did absolutely fine! As anxious as I was, he still kept most focus. So over 3 months of no outdoor training and he did almost close to his normal. His training is beyond worth it. I really need to trust my dog more like Ryan often tells me.

Got a new puppy? Take them to Ryan! He is knowledgable, patient, flexible, and knows his stuff! We did puppy kinder and obedience training with him and it has been the best decision we could have made for our Cane Corso. As owners, we also learned alot about communication and discipline with our dog as well. Lastly, he has great natural and organic treats that are well-priced. Go to Ryan! We can't recommend him enough!

Our girl Reese was strongly encouraged to drop out of the first training program due to her high energy and lack of ability to settle in a group session at 11 weeks old. That trainer even went as far as asking what breeder we got her from. We dropped out of her class and got referred to Ryan. It was the best decision we could’ve made. We enrolled Reese in the hybrid course with included 1 on 1 training and group session afterwards. We now have a well behaved puppy who is neutral around other dogs and people. Not only did he help us train Reese but he also prepared us to continue his training now that we’re all finished with his course. I can’t recommend Ryan enough. Thank you, Ryan!
