Jamie and her staff have been amazing with our dogs while in their care. You can see that the staff truly care about the comfort, health and well-being of the dogs. We have had to board several dogs from our over-crowded shelter and each of our dogs has been cared for by BARK staff as if they were their own pets. We receive regular updates, including photos. Our dogs always return happy and healthy. The BARK staff even helped us find forever homes for two of our shelter dogs! Their training program was THE REASON one of our dogs found his forever home. It was so great, that we've put another shelter dog into the program. It is obvious that all of the staff are doing this because they love what they do. I highly recommend them!

I found Jamie and team through some extensive online research when looking to find our first GSD for our family. From our very first phone call, Jamie was incredibly patient and thoughtful, speaking to me on the phone for many hours, even before deciding to move forward with purchasing our dog. Through Jamie’s amazing network, we were quickly offered Holly as an option based on what we had discussed with Jamie. We’ve had Holly for almost 2 years now and she is an incredible loving dog who gets complemented everywhere she goes about her demeanor, training, and intelligence. Even after bringing Holly home, Jamie followed up with us and provided us with tons of information and support for continue training. Thank you Jamie and team !!

I left my handsome German Sheppard dog name's Jordan at this facility for a week at $65/night due to an important family business out of Country on the same day of our flight departures. I taught Jordan would be more comfortable but it was a big mistake that i will never forget. How could a human being treated an innocent animal in a such heartless, inhumane and cruelty manner?? Prior to boarding my husband and I took Jordan to his Vet twice for his vaccinations and health check updated. Jordan was in good health and his skin was intact. When I went to pick up my dog, on 8/19 at around 12:45pm the front door was closed. I called the facility and a woman brought my dog to me on a leach. Jordan appeared very frightened, disfigured and scared and quickly jumped on me when he saw me. My dog was limping and I immediately felt something was wrong. I looked further and discovered wounds around his neck. Jordan had been to prior daycare and has never reported to us that he was aggressive. Prior to boarding my husband and I took Jordan to this facility to check out the place and Jordan could be more familiar to this new environment. Jordan played and treats administered by the facility care taker, and Jordan displayed no aggressive behavior. We felt Jordan would be ok but I was wrong unknowingly. The owner alledged "Jordan attempted to bite a staff" and I know Jordan is not aggressive unless if he is being approached aggressively. My dog was beaten and treated in an aggressive manner. I hope someone else pet doesn't have to go through of what my dog went through for a week. Most of these facilities paid to get good reviews because all they care about is money to build they wealth on someone else pennies hard work. This facility is not accredited by the BB. In my opinion This facility should be closed down for animal cruelty. I think some of their workers are not properly trained to care for different dogs behavior instead of abused. I wish there was a ZERO. I wish I could show some of the horrific pictures of my dog to prove my point. My dog was trained by a professional trainer and never had an issue with him being aggressive.
