I recently boarded my dog, Milo, at Bark Institute and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt confident that my boy would be well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, clearly passionate about what they do. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-organized, providing a comfortable and safe environment for the dogs. My dog is usually quite anxious in new settings, but the team at Bark Institute went above and beyond to ensure he felt at home. They provided regular updates, including photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I also appreciated the playtime and socialization opportunities they offer, allowing my dog to make new friends and burn off energy. Overall, Bark Institute exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for a reliable, caring, and professional boarding facility. Jamie and her team are absolutely the best. As a veterinary radiologist, I am always impressed by Jamie’s health/ medical knowledge, overwhelming concern for my dog’s safety while in her care; common sense approach to all issues - including behavior; and all of the available resources she has at her fingertips. The facility is always immaculate. When I leave my dog for boarding and training it doesn’t feel like it. It feels like I’m leaving my dog with a medical care taker, and his farm family that just so happens to also be at a state of the art, clean facility. She monitors the wellbeing of your pet with the caution and love of a new mom (armed with baby monitor). The care team and support staff are also held to the highest standards. Can’t say enough good things..
