I am a bit disappointed that they will not provide my puppy with a full breed specific cut. They want to provide my puppy with a trim only although he has been fully groomed before and knows the process. I do understand that he is young, but I believe they should follow through with the owners desires especially if the dog/puppy has experienced it. No where on their website do they state anything about puppies. I am only leaving a one star review for the grooming, I have not experienced the rest of the services they offer. Please read all reviews before booking with this facility, save your time and hassle.

Had a very strange and unpleasant experience here brought about by the owner. I had put a charge into dispute because they did not have my permission to charge me for anything more than dog food and only if I picked it up when staff were not available. But they used my card for something else that I didn’t approve in writing or in person. Staff claimed they reached out to me by phone but there is no record of them calling . Then they claimed my voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a message. So I showed them my phone with several recent voicemails , one that had been left 24 hours prior .My voicemail is NEVER full. You have to have dozens of saved messages for that to occur. I have 10 that are saved . But besides the fact, they have my email and could TEXT me - none of which they did. And I do get their emails. I had gone there to pick up food for my dogs and the boy at the register, Vincent , said the owner told staff to NOT DO ANY MORE business with me. 🤦🏻. My dogs were practically out of food and the food they eat has limited distribution. Vincent still refused. I asked him to phone the owner. He refused . Yet when I saw their rebuttal to my denied charge they said I was welcome to work with them any time in the future ( for services or food ). So they lied about charging me and lied again about wanting me as a customer. I looked Vincent in the face and said “ I’m trying to spend money with you. In over a year I’ve never once disputed a charge from you until just recently. And it wasn’t for dog food!” Business people make stupid decisions all of the time. Decisions that have consequences. In a slowing economy is it a good idea to stop doing business with your customers and not come to a mutually acceptable solution? Guess not. And this isn’t the only problems I’ve had with them. Lack of follow up / follow through for other things. So THANK YOU ACC. I now don’t have to drive 35 minutes out of my way to pick up dog food from you anymore- wasting my gas and time. I’ve read the other negative reviews and those track with the experiences I’ve had with this business. Be ware!!
