Morning Todd. Again sorry you had such a horrible experience. Those rescheduling conflicts where real life events as they tend to happen. That one you mentioned above wasn’t a I forgot. It was I was in the hospital and didn’t need to tell you that. But here we are. The training points you mentioned those where the very basics of teaching you and your dog calm and to reconnect as a owner and dog and yes the basic basic commands like sit and lay down, which again you didn’t understand to start training at the bottom and work your way up, nor did you do the homework for it when we did meet up again. You where not over charged and you agreed to the prices with the appointments explained in advance and signed documentation that you understood this. You came to five meetings all over an hour and a half (normal appointments are an hour long) and due to your life events we didn’t progress. All of which we talked about if the practice wasn't put into actual practice no changes would be made. I was not going to charge you for some of those if you came back to actually train. Then you yelled at my staff, called them and me swear names after a double booking mishap that you brought your son and your sons dog to your appointment expecting me to do training for them too. As well as texting me and threatening me about your dog hurting someone being my fault even after time and time again I told you what you needed to do and you wouldn’t do it. I wish you and your dog the best I really do. But I am not the trainer for you. If you continue to threaten my business or tell lies about trainings you will hear from my lawyer like we previously discussed. Thanks again for your Time.
