Atlas Dog Training

Our little Winnie completed the on-leash obedience program last month and the results have been fantastic! Winnie was 7 months old when we dropped her off for 3 weeks and has returned with an incredible foundation for the years ahead. She walks beautifully on a leash and will sit and stay whenever asked, but the greatest benefit (for us) has been our ability to create and enforce calm behavior. The place bed has been an incredible tool for Winnie and our household. Thank you to her trainer, Maria, and the entire Atlas team!

I couldn't be happier with the results from the 5-week behavioral training and boarding program. Before training, our dog, Ragnar was extremely difficult to manage in public settings —I was constantly worried about bad behavior around both people and other dogs. Walks and outings were stressful instead of enjoyable. The transformation has been incredible. The trainers, Maria and Henry, used consistent, structured techniques that really helped improve Ragnar's focus and listening skills. You can tell they truly understand canine behavior and know how to communicate effectively with dogs in a way that builds trust and discipline. Ragnar is calmer, more attentive, and much more responsive to commands-even in distracting environments. I have felt confident bringing him out in public again, which is something I never thought I’d be able to say. I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with similar issues. It's truly been life-changing for both myself and Ragnar.

Five stars are not enough. I had a very anxious 9 year old pitbull I felt I couldn’t trust around my toddler, cat or neighbors. I wasn’t able to even bring her outside without being dragged across the yard. I enrolled my 9 year old pup thinking she was too old for training, and got a whole other life when she graduated from the behavioral program!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Atlas dog training. She has been home for two days now and I have been able to walk her around without a leash and have her near my son for the first time. This has literally changed my life, I thought we were going to have to rehome her❤️❤️

We have a 15 month old Heeler/Pittie/Hound mix. He's a big guy with a lot of energy and strength. While he loves to play and is a very good dog, he can get quite overwhelmed and anxious in public places. Also he tends to pull strongly on the leash, not listen to his name when called, and can get really rough during the zoomies. We knew our family's different approaches to communicating with our buddy was confusing him so much so that he was overwhelmed and so were we. Atlas Dog Training has been life changing for all of us. Friends recommended Henry, Emma and company. With the training they provided to our dog and us, we have a wonderful foundation to continue to work with our guy, go out in public, and enjoy life. He's much more calm, responds to his name and to commands and we are much more aware of his feelings. We have more freedom to enjoy walks, playing in the backyard and calming the zoomies when they get out of control. Thank you so much for giving us the tools to work with Rex!
