Amanda was great with our dog Hiro! My dog is a different dog than he was when he left for board and train (in a great way) and I’m so proud of how far he’s come. I was so scared to find a trainer because I was scared of someone mistreating my dog but I never had that concern when he was away with Amanda. I loved receiving all the videos and pictures she sent. I really appreciate how she’s always checking in and making sure he’s doing ok and making sure we aren’t having a hard time with him. It’s nice for her to still be willing to help, give feedback/advice when we need it. I highly recommend her! Our dog has been so much calmer and I’ve learned so much about him. So happy that we decided to train him :) thank you Amanda!!

I brought my 5 year old GSD/ husky mix to Amanda's 3 week board and train program & let me just say it has to be one of the best things I could have done for my dog Cersei. Cersei was on the reactive side, a leash puller, was super anxious, and could not be trusted off leash amongst many other things. I love how this training was not only for Cersei but for us as well, as the owner I feel as though Amanda educated us so much regarding dog body language/ behaviors. Cersei is not the same Cersei and she was when she first entered the program all thanks to Amanda. Cersei is now able to live a more free lifestyle due to her recall being way better than it was when she entered the program. Amanda was so patient not only with Cers but with us as her owners. Her communication is fast and is always more than happy to answer any questions before, during, and after the boarding. A BIG thank you to Amanda for everything!! and her pups of course for putting up with my Cersei girl ☺️

Amanda at Atlas Canine is fantastic. We found her shortly after adopting a sweet pup that was growing into a large dog. Winnie wasn’t a “bad” dog, but we wanted her to be a model pooch. She was with Amanda for three weeks and there has been a marked improvement in her overall calm, ability to follow basic commands, walk nicely on the leash, & my favorite- learning how to dog. I really appreciated Amanda’s prompt communication, daily updates, & ability to explain the whys behind the methodology. Really happy with our decision to make the investment!

I wholeheartedly recommend Atlas Canine for your pet training needs! My young puppy attended a board-and-train and I received daily feedback, pictures, and training videos along the way. The session ended with an incredibly thorough go-home session in which Amanda took the time to really make sure I understood the training commands and concepts so I could continue the work at home! I completely trusted my dog in her care and would absolutely utilize her services again for any future dogs. She has a wide range of training knowledge, but also understands unique pet needs and complex behaviors!!

Amanda was so good with my one year old lab, Sunny. When I adopted him about 6 months ago, he was really struggling with basic commands, had almost zero recall, and was incredibly reactive to other dogs and birds, jumping all over guests, pulling on the leash on walks (walks were miserable). He’s a really sweet, good dog, but his issues were way out of my wheelhouse to handle. I sent him to Amanda for a 3 week board and train and he came back with a *super* solid foundation. He goes on leash walks like a champ, his reactivity is way more under control, his impulse control has improved drastically. His basic commands are also really solid now. I also never thought he would ever be able to be off leash, but his recall is so much better now that I actually feel comfortable during play time. My family and friends were even blown away at the difference in him when he returned home. I am really happy with the progress he made and Amanda has been really helpful during our lessons after the board and train as well. I’ve been able to hit her up with any questions and issues we’ve run into along the way. 10/10!!
