I honestly can’t say enough good things about James and Apex Training. From the very first call, James took the time to really listen to me—he didn’t rush me, didn’t brush off my concerns, and genuinely cared about what was going on with Loki. James is truly one of a kind. I came to Apex completely overwhelmed with my fear aggressive Blue Heeler. James handled everything with compassion and patience.
