They are incredibly patient, open-minded, and truly take the time to understand each dog as an individual. What I love most about APEX is that they don’t take a one size fits all approach. They provide multiple techniques and tools depending on the dog and the situation, which made a huge difference for us. My dog Theo struggles with anxiety and lacks self-confidence around people and other dogs, and from day one they made us feel supported, understood, and never judged. In such a short period of time, we’ve already seen so much progress and while we know there’s still more work to do, the growth we’ve seen so far has been incredibly encouraging. I’m truly grateful for the guidance, consistency, and care they’ve given Theo. On top of our own experience, I’ve personally seen the transformations APEX has helped create with other dogs, and it’s honestly impressive. The progress speaks for itself. I had an amazing experience with Juan and I can’t recommend him enough. We did a board and train program for my Cane Corso, and the results have truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Juan kept us consistently updated on our dog’s progress and regularly sent us videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even recommended multiple training programs that would best suit my dog’s specific needs. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services. His focus was always on what was genuinely best for my dog. What impressed me most is how much my dog trusts him. She is naturally very leery of others, but she bonded with Juan quickly, which speaks volumes about his patience, experience, and care. He took incredibly good care of her, and it truly shows in the results. Since completing the program, I’ve seen a huge improvement in her confidence and overall behavior. She’s calmer, more focused, and much more comfortable in situations that used to overwhelm her. I am extremely happy with the results, and I’m so grateful we chose Juan for her training. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely impressed with the service James provided. From the very first phone call, he was patient, detailed, and an active listener. His support was exceptional. I am working with a patient who needs help training her new, very energetic dog (likely due to her breed) so the dog can eventually provide emotional support. James took the time to understand her needs and helped us identify the best program fit. Even better, the cost is affordable for a senior on a fixed income. We are truly grateful and excited that she will be receiving trustworthy, compassionate, and effective support. Highly recommend!
