Ann Becnel Companion Dogs

Finding Ann Becnel has been the best thing for me and my active spaniel puppy! We have been through her Puppy Kindergarten and Canine Good Citizen classes. Even though we are still working toward my dog's CGC certificate, the skills we have learned along the way have been invaluable. From socialization in her Puppy Kindergarten to impulse control in the CGC class, everything she has taught has helped my pup become confident and calm (calm enough for a teenage spaniel) in the world. Ann is an expert at training dogs and their people, and she continues to amaze me with her observations and creative training exercises.

Fantastic training for our 1.5 year old Cavalier. Our puppy was stubborn with self training and opened up quickly with Ann’s methods. Ann makes the training fun and her years of expertise allow her to have seen every situation there is and understand how to approach and fix any situation. I will recommend Ann to everyone I know that is looking for training. We were very casual in our training wanting a calm well behaved member of the family, but Ann had dogs in class that were going to be service dogs and Ann provided another level to these dogs and their owners. It was amazing to see all levels of dog training happening within one small group. If we get another dog we will 100% use Ann again. Thank you Ann for making our Rosey girl a true member of our family.
