All-Star Dog Training is a locally owned and operated dog training company that focuses on basic obedience, off-leash control, aggression and anxiety. We are also the home of the late great Ripken, the former Bat Dog for the Durham Bulls Minor League Baseball team and Kicking Tee Retriever for the NC State football team! My dog, Bolt, attended the day train classes here over a span of 2 weeks. I can’t even begin to describe how much of an improvement they achieved working with Bolt on so many things in such a short time span. Everything from leash manners and impulse control to being a better passenger in the car. We worked with a couple different trainers in his time there and every single one of them was exceptional! As a bonus I had a very tired puppy at the end of the day. I would recommend them to anyone for additional training and behavioral modifications! Love the staff here.

This group is wonderful! Our Vizsla went to the 2 week training in the fall and we have continued all her training and her behavior a d attention have been so much better. She also has gotten so much better at walking on the leash with all the help and foundation from this team. We also love being able to continue to go to group classes to refresh our skills.

Remi has learned so much from the group training sessions. She is only 4 months old, so there is still a lot for her to learn. All the trainers have worked so well with her and she is starting to learn healthy behavior habits. We are very thankful for all Sit Means Sit has done for our journey.

After researching several dog training companies I decided on Sit Means Sit to help train our puppy. After reviewing several options I decided on the 15 Day Board and Train program as the one that best fit our schedule and expectations. Could not be happier with the results!!! Although our dog is only a puppy she understands and respects the commands taught to her. The staff is well trained, extremely courteous and work with a well planned out dog training program. Also…..their communication during the training was excellent and even included pictures. Overall I highly recommend Sit Means Sit for any type of dog training.
