All Dogs Unleashed Dog Training Boise

I am very impressed by the quality of service and communication I have received before, during, and after boarding our dog Oreo for training. Back story: My husband and I rescued Oreo as a 4-month-old puppy that was dumped in a parking lot. We had been looking for an older dog, as we are a bit older and did not want the hassle of a new puppy. Oreo is a Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix. Needless to say, his breed is known for being very high energy, and Oreo did not disappoint in this aspect. We have young grandchildren that visit frequently, along with other family members. Oreo would constantly jump up on anyone who came into our house, frequently knocking down our small grandchildren. When anyone came over, we would just have to put him outside. This was very annoying. Oreo would also dig holes in the backyard, chew anything that he spotted, even digging up a metal sprinkler, pulling the whole thing out of the ground. When we tried leaving him in our laundry room, with a dog door for outside access, he chewed through the water hose on the back of our washing machine, even after we had blocked it off. You get the picture about Oreo's behavior...lol. We were at the point where we thought we might have to find a new home for him. In looking for training programs, I came across All Dogs Unleashed in Boise, Idaho. What a Godsend. We made an appointment with Mario, the owner, and went into talk with him. We decided on the two-week boarding training plan. It was so worth the cost. In my opinion, the cost is reasonable when you consider your animal is boarding for two weeks and is being trained. I cannot say enough good things about Mario and his team. When we went back to pick up Oreo, Mario spent time showing us the different commands, walked us through them, and showed us how to handle different situations. Of course, when you take your dog home, you still have to work the program and reinforce the training, which was not difficult after being shown what to do. After bringing Oreo home, we were amazed at the behavior change. He no longer jumped on our grandchildren or other visitors after giving him a command. He no longer jumps and we don't have to use the command. He no longer chewed up everything in his path or in the house. We would put Oreo in a kennel at night to sleep because we did not fully trust him in the house alone. In the last few months, we have not needed to put Oreo in a kennel to sleep. Instead, when I tell him to "place" for the night, he sleeps in his bed most of the night, maybe going outside once during the night. He even waits at our bedroom door in the morning until I tell him "okay." The biggest accomplishment is that we can have Oreo outside in our front yard without his leash on. We live on a very busy city street with people who walk by, walk their dogs, and ride their bikes. Oreo does not bolt to go after them. If he starts to go towards these people because he is curious, all I have to say is "come," and he comes right back to me. As you can tell, we are extremely happy that we found Mario and All Dogs Unleashed. The training program that Oreo went through has made him a well-behaved dog that we can all coexist with. I would highly recommend All Dogs Unleased in Boise. If we ever do get another dog/puppy, I will not hesitate to call Mario.

My rescue dog Logan had issues with trust and being aggressive going after people and he just didn’t wanna listen to me. I had tried many times to take him to puppy boarding school to get him better socialized but he was so aggressive with other dogs it just was not working out. I was going on a cruise and had to find somebody to take care of him and sending him to dogs unleashed was recommended to me by a friend. I am so thankful they did that because now Logan is well behaved he is not as aggressive as he was and I love taking walks with him. And yes, we walk unleashed and he is right by my side. I would recommend this program to anyone. It’s a little expensive I know, but it is totally worth it.
