All Dogs Unleashed Colorado Springs

This will forever be my go-to boarding and training facility. My good boy Shadow was gifted to me in April in memory of my late father. He is two years old, which makes him an older dog, and he also carries trauma from spending most of his days in a kennel after my father had a stroke. My dad was a true dog lover and adored Shadow. This training experience was extremely emotional for me because I wanted to do it for my father, who was also a veteran, and that is one of the reasons I chose this facility(both Mike & Troy are veterans! Thank you for your service). Mike, Troy, the kennel techs, and the other trainers at the facility are amazing. They truly care for Shadow, which speaks volumes given the stigma often associated with Pitties. Shadow is one of the most loving Pitbulls you will ever meet. He has never growled or bitten anyone, and my goal was simply to help him develop better social skills. Shadow attended a two-week board and training program, and I am beyond pleased with the results. While continued training at home is essential, simply picking him up showed me a remarkable change in his temperament; he was calmer and less reactive. Before training, he would lunge at other dogs, particularly females, and jump excessively. These behaviors have improved significantly. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about dog training, I appreciated how patient Mike was with me on pick-up day. Continuing training at home is largely the owner’s responsibility, so it’s important to learn the proper techniques to maintain progress, which they will teach you on pick up day. This investment will only be worthwhile if you remain consistent with your dog. I also want to share the photos the facility provided to show how happy Shadow was during his stay. This will not be the last time Shadow visits All Dogs Unleashed. Additionally, if anything happens under their care, they go above and beyond to make it right, which I truly appreciate. Thank you, Troy, Mike and everyone at ADU. I missed Shadow so much, but knowing he attended board and training and benefited from it was worth every single dollar. I now have a happy, well-adjusted Pitbull that I can continue to work with and help reach the level my father would have wanted. Thank you again; you all are truly a blessing🫰🏾

We are very happy with how well our Giant Schnauzer Max is behaving since his 2-week board and train in Colorado Springs. He knew some basic commands but came home highly improved in those and had learned several more. The trainers did a great job of caring for Max and helping him understand how to behave and have fun safely. Mike did a great job during the pickup meeting showing us what he learned and how to continue his training. Thank you all.

I am so grateful for my experience at All Dogs Unleashed! I rescued a 9-month old golden mix who allegedly had little exposure to the outside world. She was reactive to dogs, people, and children and was overall fearful and paranoid, always looking behind us on our walks. Not to mention the jumping and mouthing when she was triggered too. The first week I had her I was covered in scratches and bruises and was considering returning her to the shelter. Not wanting to give up on her, I decided to try the two week boarding and training program at ADU and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Immediately following the program, she came home more confident and less reactive. I was worried she’d come home subdued and void personality but it’s not like that at all. She still has her sweet and fun spirit but is now more obedient and attentive. I’m looking forward to continuing her education and thanks to ADU I have all the tools to refine her development. Thank you Mike, Troy, and the rest of the team for making this such a positive experience for my Sadie and me!

Rory, our Fox Terrier, was a terror before he was enrolled in the All Dogs Unleashed boot camp. Not aggressive, just some puppy biting and being mischievous. His favorite (almost constant) game was finding something he knew he wasn't supposed to have and having us chase him to retrieve it. After coming home, he was a different dog. We could walk him without his pulling on the leash, he knows sit, come and place well. He also now travels well in the car whereas before he was jumping all over the front and back. Still affectionate and very playful... just in a way that makes him a pleasure to be with. We give our highest recommendations to the work that Mike and Troy did.
