Alamo Dog Obedience Club is an Indoor, climate controlled arena on packed dirt with obedience matting in the front crating area. We hold dog training class in basic manners & all levels of agility classes 4-8 weeks Beginner agility Our instructors are nationally recognized trainers, competitors and/or judges of their sport. ADOC holds basic manners, CGC, S.T.A.R Puppy, rally, agility, Scent work and Fast CAT events, practices and trials in accordance with the rules, regulations and standards of the American Kennel Club.

Do they train dogs not to be aggressive?
Alamo Dog Obedience Club has group basic manners classes. They do not deal specifically with aggression but reactive dogs may attend with instructor approval. The classes will cover the basics such as walk on leash, sit, stay, come, down as well as ‘don’t jump on me’, ‘leave that alone’ and ‘spit that out’. A CGC test is available to dogs the last week of class.

my pup i got from the shelter seems to be house broke but still has accidence in the house i think out of spite how much to really get her house broke.
Dogs do not have accidents out of spite. You need to take them out alot & crate train them or use baby gates to restrict them while they are learning. A bladder infection should also be ruled out by your vet.

You helped me (& my entire family/pack) get this magnificent Bullmastiff pup to where he is at today. My entire family is forever grateful! He is such a delight & we are constantly getting compliments on his manners & skills everywhere we go haha. Your courses are flooded with applicable, easy step by step instruction for practice at home. During class, offering alternatives & multiple ways to take things a step further was a HUGE help. It's obvious you meet each pup pupil at their level. Somehow Ms Cora, you make each and every group class an individual & group journey. You're incredible! Everyone's pup is different & your adaptable guidance throughout each course we've taken, made getting through that thick Bullmastiff skull possible. You made teaching my pup English, a true joy & practicing his skills is something me & my pup look forward to. He is ecstatic whenever we start homework drills. Adorable, funny & super rewarding. Truly thank you a millions times! If you want a good canine citizen that is comfortable with people, other dogs, & new situations, you need to message Alamo Dog Obedience Club, like now. Ms. Cora's approach to socialization & training in the group classes is something you simply cannot get anywhere else. Bonus, Ms Cora is an official AKC evaluator; following her expertise & direction, my pup is now AKC CGC certified pup & a novice trick dog. If its not clear, we've been through multiple group classes & have tons of tools we will use for a lifetime.
Just finished our first class with ADOC. Great class with a great instructor! Looking forward to continuing training with ADOC!
I like that I can still train my dog and practice social distancing. More dog classes need to be available to keep dogs socialized. Our dog trainer Cora is awesome.
