I highly recommend Al if you are looking for a dog trainer or even questioning it. My Maltipoo is 4 years old and we did do puppy training classes but my dog was not social, barked and growled and showed her teeth to friends and strangers, and is a very high anxiety dog. However after just 3 seasons I have learned how to help her deal with all 3 of these problems and much more as he teaches as he goes. He is extremely capable, helpful, knows dogs, and very flexible and willing to work with your schedule. I am so glad I called him and set up these appointments. I think my dog is too:)

I can’t say enough good things about Al. I adopted my dog from the humane society and specifically told them I wanted a good walking dog. When I brought him home, I quickly learned he had severe anxiety, was fearful of other dogs, and barks incessantly on walks. I went through a year of struggling to take him anywhere with me. I thought about rehoming him or sending him back to the humane society many times. I regret not getting him in training sooner! After only 2 sessions, I’ve seen a tremendous shift in my dogs confidence and mine as well. All thanks to Al educating me and showing me the right way to communicate with my dog. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it! Absolutely worth every penny!
