Adams K-9

When we rescued our German Shepherd mix puppy, I had NO idea what I was getting into. I've only had Shih Tzu's before and they are basically couch potatoes. Upon a recommendation from a coworker, we had Remington evaluated and then join the two-week board and train. What a difference! It was like night and day. The one think I learned from Adam's K-9 was that Remington was ruling the roost. I had to teach him that while he is loved, he's not all that and a bag of chips. After we picked him up, we traveled from Kalamazoo twice a week for the polishing classes. Was it expensive and time consuming? Maybe. It depends on how you look at it. If you can't make a six month commitment to train your high energy working dog, then stick with a Shih Tzu (albeit, they are more stubborn!). Our Remington is part of the family. He is invited to spend time on the couch with mom, but at invitation only. He can stay in place, in down, and sitting/waiting until we recall him. Once we put his collar and leash on, he knows it's time to work/train. You get all this from Adam's K-9. I trust very few people with my dog. I trust Adam's K-9 with either of my dogs. You won't regret your decision to have training at Adam's K-9.
