ACC (Applied Canine Concepts LLC)

My review: I cannot say enough good things about ACC and the impact their program has had on me, both professionally and personally. As a professional dog trainer, I came into the program already having experience and knowledge, but ACC completely expanded my understanding of dogs, behavior, and how we actually create reliable skills. More importantly, it helped me understand the why behind what we do instead of simply following a training formula. One of the biggest changes for me has been efficiency. ACC taught me how to accomplish more with my training without feeling like I needed to spend endless hours working dogs. I genuinely feel like I gained part of my life back while simultaneously becoming a better trainer. It has also completely changed the way I develop the trainers on my own team. I am able to explain concepts more clearly, teach trainers how to problem-solve instead of simply following steps, and create much more consistency in the way we approach different dogs and challenges. What I appreciate most is that ACC didn’t just give me more techniques to add to my toolbox. It changed the way I think about training. I feel more confident evaluating the dog in front of me, understanding what that individual dog needs, and creating a clearer and more efficient path toward the result we’re trying to achieve. If you’re already a professional trainer and wondering whether there is still something to gain from ACC, my experience has absolutely been yes. Continuing your education is invaluable, and ACC has made a lasting impact on the trainer, teacher, and leader I am today.

Fabian and Gina are the BEST! We have an adorable rescue Sam who lived on the streets and had the nickname “Houdini” prior to him becoming ours and boy did he live up to that name. He now knows to “wait” at exit doors and walks without pulling. I can see how continuous training will only show consistent changes. We are so thankful for Gina and Fabian. They constantly offer support and we can get in touch with them whenever needed with questions etc..
