Acadia Canine Academy

This family provided me with a very special experience. Prior to leaving when they dropped Nova off for the 2 week Board & Train Program, they invited me to join them in a prayer. Although I am not religious, I am spiritual, I accepted their invitation with us forming a circle with hands on each others shoulders. They said their prayer aloud and I was very moved. It was inspirational. They shared video of Nova with me prior to Nova's arrival so that I had an idea of the progress of their training prior to their coming to Acadia Canine Academy. I must say that they did a very good job with Nova and I respected that they wanted the best for Nova and I gave them my best. It's just, "Do The Right Thing". What comes around goes around. It's such a pleasure working for and with such genuine and righteous people. Thank you for the opportunity! You make it all worthwhile!!!!!!!!!

My pleasure Ken, and it was unfortunate that you were victim to COVID . I understood your predicament and accommodated keeping Biscuit no different than I would have appreciated another doing for me.It's simple ethical values that we need to see more of in society.......treat others as you would wish to be treated.

It was and remains to be a pleasure to deal with Jonathan and his family. Which of course includes his dog Mira. What enthused me the most was working with his daughter whom I believe was 10 years old in teaching her how to handle Mira going forward. As always with all clients, I give continued telephone support for the life of the dog and it was special speaking to Jonathan, his wife, and daughter individually to assist that they were all on the same page with their handling of Mira. The joy of dog training did not end with a trained dog. It is the continued relationship with the family that owns the dog knowing that the dog is happy and that they are happy doing the right thing with continuing to build on the impressioning and imprinting that I did with their dog. A trained dog is a happy dog resulting in a happy family.

Katie, it was a pleasure training your 2 dogs. Interesting to say the least. I had one French bulldog prior to you two and in totality they are very nice dogs particularly the fact that they rarely bark and grunt for the most part.
