FirstBarkVicky does a fantastic job with our German Shepherd Koda. She has watched Koda grow and learn from 8 weeks- 1 years old. We highly recommend this place. We drive over 30 minutes each week just to come here. Love the compassion, time and energy they show us.

Absolutely the best around! Ian has a love for his job that you dont see much anymore. It shows in the time he takes with you getting to know your needs. He has put together solid training plans that are simple to learn (for the owner) and effective for your dog. He takes the time to learn about you, what you want from your dog and builds a program to fit your specific needs. We love being able to go to someone who is local from the area and not part of a chain. Online articles give you ideas and opinions for other people's dogs. Ian's hands on training gives you results for yours! We are so excited to help our puppy learn!

My husband and I used Ian's training expertise when we adopted our first rescue, a black lab named Olive, more than 10 years ago. He was highly recommended by a friend and we couldn't have been happier. We started with an overactive puppy, and ended with a perfectly trained pet. Life moved us from Boston to Texas and have since adopted two more rescues. We worked with local trainers as-needed, but continued to check in with Ian and pick his brain when we faced a training issue and needed someone we could trust. We feel blessed to have had an amazing experience with Ian all those years ago, and to have fostered the relationship even today. If life brings us back to Massachusetts and we continue to adopt more dogs (as I expect we will), Ian will be the first person we call with any and all of our training needs!!
Vicky is an awesome trainer - punctual, knowledgeable, friendly. Her training made a huge difference in my dog. I would recommend her and Absolute K-9 to anyone.
