We have used multiple boarding places throughout the years, but no one can top 9 Line so far. I can't think of a better or more comfortable place to send your beloved animals to. Our dogs are pandemic dogs so they never got very social so we were nervous about their first stay there. But they handled it like a champ and that's quite the testament to Mark and Ronni's care and love for animals. We quickly chose them for our next boarding stay with no regrets. Again, the dogs were well cared for and maintained. The facilities themselves are top notch and well taken care of. You can tell these guys are in it for the love of the animals and not just glorified babysitters. The prices are also well below what we have experienced in almost all other boarding experiences. Your animals are not going to just be stuck in a small cage the entire time either. They get interacted with regularly and have plenty of access to outside time (with NO upcharge for it like so many other boarding places!). Mark and Ronni are simply just wonderful people who make the experience so stress-free and comfortable for everyone involved. I just can't recommend these guys enough. Since my wife and I are avid cruisers, it's just a matter of time before we're calling on them again. Oh and they allowed us to use Affirm to pay for the boarding which was an amazing surprise and makes the whole process SO much more manageable. Just awesome!

Mark was a life saver when our lab rescue boys started having dominance issues with each other. I called other trainers in the area and they advised me to return the latest one to the rescue. Mark was a life saver when our lab rescue boys started having dominance issues with each other. I called other trainers in the area and they advised me to return the latest one to the rescue. My one boy is just shy of 100# and Jacky Boy is 107# so that is a lot of dog to try and manage. Not Mark, he said when can you come for a meet and greet? Took me in the next day as we were heading out of town that weekend and he saved the day. Since then we have used them for training, boarding and board and train. GAME CHANGER! I can't say enough about how well our dogs are treated at this facility. We were not about to give up on our boys and Mark is still helping us to this day. SO HAPPY to have them as a trusted resource for our beloved fur babies. And Veteran owned.
