We were in Phoenix from out of town for a wedding. Our dog travels with us a lot, and has rarely been boarded, so finding a kennel in another city was nerve-racking. When we arrived at 9 Line K9 we were immediately put at ease. The facility is amazing, we have never seen better. Our Ettie is an escape artist, and there was zero possibility she could get loose. We were also very reassured by the fact that she bonded with the owner immediately. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely use 9 Line K9!

Mark and Ronni have been great to work with. Mark helped our Havamalt (Maltese + Havanese), Bruni, gain more confidence by taking him to a variety of places. I felt very comfortable leaving Bruni with them and he is clearly very fond of both of them. I especially appreciate the follow up group lessons that are included with the board and train. We get great practice, we learn a lot and Bruni gets safe exposure to other dogs. Their prices are very reasonable and their facilities are wonderful. We appreciated working with a fellow veteran.

We just picked up our sweet Bode, a 16 month old Labrador Retriever, from 3 weeks of training. We are so pleased and excited to have an obedient Bode!! We just spent 2 hours with Mark & Ronnie going through commands with Bode. We took turns walking Bode, having him sit, down, here, and let’s go. I’m amazed at how well our lively, excitable grown puppy is doing!! We get 2 more private lessons and 8 group lessons to reinforce the training (especially for my husband and me!). Next month, we will be sending our 6 year old red heeler - catahoula hound mix female, Honey, for training. Looking forward to calmer household!! I am so impressed with the change in Bode, and appreciate the wonderful care they gave Bode during his 3 weeks there. Thank you, Mark & Ronnie so much!! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to getting their dog trained.
