I don’t even know where to start. My corso has had behavioral issues the whole time we’ve had him. Go to the point where we were going to put him down or rehome him. Someone recommended Alex and we got started and after day one hades (our corso) was more manageable and with Alex coaching I was able to walk him around the park without a muzzle! Definitely would recommend him to anyone with any dog. You guys have no idea what this has done. We can keep our family together.

About a month ago, I adopted a 2 year old male Cane Corso. Not my first Corso but, without a doubt, the most challenging. I struggled with him every time we went out! He is super reactive to other dogs and, of course, strangers! For the first time ever I thought he’s too much dog for me and was thinking that I should rehome him to somebody with more experience. I really didn’t want to give up and I really didn’t want rehome him either! I met Alex a couple years ago and trained with him and my previous Corso a few times. I thought if anybody could help me, it’s Alex! I met Alex with my current Corso, Giovanni, for an evaluation and Alex agreed to help us. Our first session was a nightmare!!! Gio was more reactive than I’ve ever seen before and I was more tense than ever before! I knew Gio was feeding off of my energy but I just couldn’t relax. I got mad and wanted to throw in the towel! Then I started crying and got mad again! Alex was calm as can be and he has a way of explaining things that is easy to understand and, most importantly, he didn’t give up on us!!! We met again a couple days later and put an ecollar on Gio and worked him on very low levels, and it was like night and day!!! Alex explained the collar to me and how and when to use it. Today I worked Gio by myself with confidence and I stayed calm and felt in control and Gio was so good! The only time Gio reacted was to a pigeon but on Gio’s behalf, the bird was in his way lol. Just two sessions with Alex and the right training tools was all it took to give me the confidence I desperately needed!!! Gio and I plan on continuing our sessions with Alex for as long as we can! Alex is the best trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!!! By the way, I am keeping my Giovanni!

After just one session with Alex, I feel more confident and motivated to work with my dogs. He was incredibly educational, taking the time to explain his program and the reasoning behind his methods. Within minutes, he was able to work within my dogs’ thresholds and build their confidence in a way I didn’t think was possible. I’m truly grateful to have met him and excited to continue training my dogs with a more positive outlook.
