GOHLD K9 is a professional dog training service based in Crystal Lake, Illinois, providing obedience training, puppy training, and behavior modification for dogs of all breeds. We offer private lessons, group classes, and board and train programs to help dogs develop reliable obedience, better manners, and calm behavior. Our training includes basic to advanced obedience, puppy programs, and solutions for issues like jumping, pulling, and reactivity. GOHLD K9 also trains sport dogs, therapy dogs, and service dogs. GOHLD K9 proudly serves Crystal Lake, McHenry County, and the surrounding area with personalized dog training designed to build confident, well-behaved dogs and strong owner relationships.

We are an all volunteer organization, helping people to train their dogs and helping dogs to become canine good citizens. Northwest Obedience Club, a not-for-profit organization*, has helped individuals to train their dogs to become better household companions, and for the competitive dog owner a place to train their dog advanced skills.
