All of Desirable Dog Training's training is positive reinforcement, game-based approaches with a big emphasis on the dog's perspective for how they learn. The Greatest Family Dog course is the most desired above all other courses. We are starting with "basic obedience" and rising to the "Greatest Family Dog Ever!" Desirable Dog Training also offers Agility, Trick Training, and Rally courses.

Idaho Capital City Kennel Club offers information on dog ownership and competions through our educational programs at monthly meetings, through our telephone advice and referral system, and through classes and seminars at our Training Center. Our members are interested in purebred and mixed breed dogs registered with the American Kennel Club. Our members exhibit their dogs and have interests in many dog sports, including the AKC sports of Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Tracking and Scent Work.

Programs include canine good citizen preparation, obedience training and group classes.
