I took my dog there, and he immediately got contagious diahreah after drinking out of their water bowl, which he then passed on to both my other dogs. After an expensive vet bill, I asked for a refund of the lessons I purchased since I can't afford the risk of it happening again and they said no. I am really disappointed - and out a lot of money for the package of lessons I purchased. As a new business that i was more than happy to support by buying some lessons at their grand opening, you would think they would understand and provide a refund, especially since I never asked them to pay for my vet bills. *** since the owner responded I'll leave this last note saying I hope they enjoy the $400 balance on my account which they know they could return. They now say I should give them my vet notes.... but still won't give me my money back - so thats not happening. I never even asked for them to pay my vet bills - I just wanted to cancel this membership to minimize any additional risk to my pets. I'm sure plenty of pets going there are having no issues, and I wish we could have continued to go there because my dogs really enjoyed the agility and I'm sure we would have learned a lot from the training, but I hope by leaving this review people will see that they are more concerned with keeping my money and don't care that I had weeks of dealing with diahreah passing through the pets in my household from going to their facility. If nothing else that $400 from my unusable membership would balance out the fecal, bloodwork and fluids I had to pay for. It's a shame because I am all for any facility that works with dogs, I support small businesses, but people should be aware that if their dog gets sick there is absolutely zero recourse - and a little customer service really could have gone a long way.
