Came here to do agility inside for the summer. Shay is the agility instructor in Coral Springs. She changes the activity based on skill level so brand new to experienced. She is very nice and gives good direction. The facility is clean, the equipment is good, and it is inside in the AC. I haven't done any of their other classes so I can't speak to those.

We love going to their puppy class. We are starting obedience next week. It's always clean, quiet and fun! Highly recommend them

Highly recommend Zoom Room! After using another trainer who came to our house for private lessons, we didn’t realize how much our puppy Bailey wasn’t progressing until we found Zoom Room. Since joining, we’ve seen huge improvements in just five classes! Shay is an amazing trainer—she provides clear, hands-on cues that are easy for both us and Bailey to understand, along with tailored follow-up steps and homework after each class. Our only regret is not finding Zoom Room and Shay sooner!

What a wonderful review Kristin. Shay has mentioned the progress Bailey has made since joning us. We're so happy for you both. Although we do appreciate in-home training, our philososphy is quite different and we love buidling that bond in an environment that may be uneasy at first. But learning with other dogs and owners in the same class and having distractions can be a big help to our pups. We love that you and Bailey are growing together. :)

I brought my 11 week old puppy there for a session with Shay. The area was clean and Shay was wonderful. She really helped me understand how to manage my puppy’s behavior, and how the things I do affect her. It was so worth it! Grateful for this Zoom Room.
