The entire staff and trainers at Zoom Room are passionate about helping owners learn how to work with their dogs. My puppy was have major behavior issues, which were causing me major anxiety. During our many private training classes, the trainers listened to my concerns, and showed me hands on how to work through them. After only a few private clases, he has been doing so much better. My family and friends say he’s like a whole new dog!
I’ve been using zoom room periodically for the last year and half. I really enjoy the teaching methodology as well as the fact they ask the owners what we would like to work on in certain classes.
Rachelle has been a great help in our private lesson with Tobias. Not only in making time to see him but also help us by sharing great pointers we can use with Tobias in the daily life. She taught us many techniques to be smarter than Tobias and be able to control his hyper joy. Understanding the different treats to try and puzzles we can give Tobias so he can be mentally tired. Amazing experience!
Excellent trainers who understand dogs and people and help them learn to work together. I like having different dogs in a class and different instructors. That better prepares my dogs for life. Had a wonderful obedience 1 class with Stacy. Today I had Olivia and she was great at noticing each dog’s quirks and telling us how to modify what we’re doing to fit our dog’s actions.
