We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

Our pup was a bit shy and the staff at Zoom Room has been so observant and flexible moving our pup around to participate with the right temperament of pups, so to promote our puppies growth and confidence.. They are really a great group of puppy trainers ..And they present always with a smile and even lots of laughter.. We love it there!

My puppy and I have really been enjoying the Puppy Pre-School at Zoom Room - Richmond. I have been able to offer my young puppy early socialization opportunities in a safe environment. They also offer flexible scheduling so that I don't have to worry about missing a week or can schedule for twice a week when we need an extra outing. We have had a great experience there so far and are looking forward to continuing.
The entire team at Zoom Room is experienced and extremely professional.
