FirstBarkRoxy has grown so much since attending Zoom Room, Fort Mill. The trainers here are phenomenal, and Roxy gets so excited when I tell her we are going to Zoom Room. I've learned so much about how to train her, and although she still has a way to go, she is learning more and more with every class. I'm so glad I found this training facility!! We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

I brought my 1 year old Goldendoodle here for an evaluation for playgroup. I was told to walk him in a circle around the room. In a new environment with a lot of new smells, he was distracted. The employee asked, “Do you ever walk him on a leash?” Needless to say, we have not been back and looked for a playgroup elsewhere in hopes of feeling less judged.
Friendly, helpful, and caring, are just the beginning of the people who work here. Always willing to take the time to explain what and how to get the most out of your relationship with your fur babies.
Zoom Room is great! The Fort Mill team is so good with my puppy, and she is always so excited to go! Honey loves her friends @ Zoom Room! 💜
Our 5 month old puppy Lilly loves the Zoom Room. She has quickly learned recall words and is socializing with puppies her age. You can tell the owner truly loves what she does. Lilly will continue to go to Zoom Room
