FirstBarkLots of classes, play groups and more. Sometimes it a tad hard to get into classes, they fill up early as they are small group but they do have a wait list and those come through often for me. Its always clean, the staff is great. We love the supervised playgroups, i always learn something new. I always get parking and they have soda and water :)

We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

The Zoom Room is providing excellent guidance and training for me to help my dog grow his repertoire of obedience while increasing our bond. I’ve had two trainers and got different guidance from each on how a specific move was to be completed- not the end of the world but the initial trainer indicated we’d likely move up and this delayed that. The parking lot is small which can create a backlog of vehicles between classes and a slight impact on start times. Overall, it is clear everyone who works there loves dogs and wants you and yours to succeed which encourages you internally to work hard with your dog.

I am loving the classes at Zoom Room. My dog is always excited to go and has a good time. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Its all positive reinforcement and fun for both me and my dog. My goal is to have a well socialized dog that is a pleasure to bring in public, and to achieve the canine good citizen certification. We are making great progress with the support of Zoom Room. And when we are ready, we can take the CGC test at Zoom Room! I consider myself an experienced dog owner and I watch a lot of training videos but nothing beats the experience of going to class in person. You're getting realtime feedback and questions answered, help with training your dog around people, distractions, and other dogs I have learned a lot! I really like the structure. I work a lot and my schedule varies so I appreciate the ease and convenience of using the website to pick the class times that work for me. I'm not locked in to a specific time or day of the week.

We have loved our experiences at Tacoma Zoom Room. We added a Yorkie to our family and have big dogs who we didn’t socialized as well as we should have (who are reactive to people and other dogs, pull on leash, etc)…we wanted to do better with our puppy. Zoom room has given us tools to help our Yorkie “Teddy” that also help our big dogs. The team at Zoom Room helps our whole family learn how to respond (including our 10 year old son). The people who work there clearly love dogs AND are so patient with us. They model how to do it, give lots of opportunities to practice and there are visual barriers for dogs that also help us humans not feel “on the spot.” I would highly recommend this to any dog owner. We have only done the classes so far (as opposed to 1:1 training, agility, etc) but intend to do more as we learn more & advance in our skills.
The best place to take your pup for training! Their trainers are fun and creative, and super positive! Enzo loves his group classes as well as his private lessons!
