Bentley has attended Puppy Plus and Agility classes. The trainers are all helpful and friendly and Bentley is progressing quickly.
I am absolutely thrilled with Zoom Room and the staff. The techniques learned really have brought me and my dog closer together. It is not necessarily the dog needs training, sometimes the owner need to learn how to positively apply the training technique. This is what I value the most in attending the trainig course. It doesn't have to stop at training. Zoom Room offers other great courses too.

Tldr; this place is shady with your payment information and will continue to bill you and deny any refunds even after you try to cancel, and they make cancelling extremely difficult. If you are never planning to leave or cancel your subscription, zoom room is probably great. However, my experience with canceling my subscription was extremely difficult. My subscription was set to renew on 9/18/2023 and I logged on to the site to cancel it the same day. I discovered that you cannot cancel your subscription on the site, you need to call your local zoom room to cancel. They never pick up. After multiple calls I finally reached someone. When they picked up, they told me they cannot cancel my subscription, only the owner, James, can cancel it. They said they would pass the message on to him and I would get a call back. He never called back. Cancelling your membership is James’s lowest priority. I tried calling zoom room back and they never picked up. I found their email address and sent them an email letting them know I was very frustrated that I could not cancel my membership OR remove my credit card that was set up for automatic payments on their site, and wanted a refund for the automatic deduction for the next round of classes I was not able to attend. James let me know that he could not give me a refund because he did not receive my request in time, and that he needed to have the cancellation request “more than FIVE days’ notice in order to terminate the contract” (quoted from the email he sent me). He also said that he would now cancel my subscription and remove my credit card information from my account. I was told by James that I could rest assured that my credit card information was removed from my account. I logged on to the zoom room site and saw that it was not. It took another email demanding that my credit card information be removed to finally have it removed. He also mentioned that places like Disney+ and Netflix will not refund afterwards once you are charged. The difference is, I can LOG ON to CANCEL my membership to Disney+ and Netflix. Instantly. Zoom room holds your credit card information hostage and you are at the mercy of the owner, James, to cancel it whenever he feels like doing so. If you’re lucky, he may remember to delete your credit card information when he cancels your subscription. That is if you can get a hold of him. James, I hope you enjoy the free $100. I would suggest donating it to a local animal shelter in need, but we both know that’s not going to happen. When you sign the contract to subscribe to zoom room, there are NO refunds and NO exceptions. The contract says to contact James to cancel. But even if he just decides not to contact you back, and not cancel your membership, there are no refunds and no exceptions. The contract even says that you can update your credit card information in the My Account section of zoom room’s website, but the only thing it allows you to do is add a new credit card if there isn’t one already there. It does not allow you to modify or delete an existing one.
Love bringing my pup Dezzie to the Zoom Room. All the trainers are great & attentive & provide quality training. My shy & anxious girl has done great & is learning her training quickly while learning to socialize. Great experience for the both of us so far!
